The Gala Dinner promises to be a night to remember with guest speakers, a live band and traditional Irish dancers and partying into the early hours of the morning! The evening starts with a drinks reception and is followed by a four course gourmet meal.

Wild mushroom and truffle soup with cracked black pepper and olive crostini bread

Roast Irish Chicken Breast, Duchess Potato,
Spinach timbale, overnight Tomato & stuffed red onion

Roasted Sea Bass Fillet with Champ, Creamy Clam Chowder with French Parsley, Slow Roasted Plum Tomato
